ISCE to host Meet and Greet Sessions for new social science faculty

New faculty, particularly those focused on social sciences research and scholarship, are encouraged to attend one of the Institute for Society, Culture and Environment’s (ISCE) virtual Meet and Greet sessions in early September. As one of Virginia Tech’s four research investment institutes, ISCE is focused on the social sciences, broadly defined.

These Zoom sessions are designed to help new faculty understand how ISCE can assist in securing external funding for their research. Since the content will be identical, faculty should register for only one session. The ISCE leadership team will introduce themselves, provide a brief overview of the institute, and offer an opportunity for new faculty to introduce themselves and engage in a Q&A session.
