Public Interest Technology Lab
The PI-Tech Lab aims to shape society’s relationship with technology by advancing equity, opportunity, and human rights. Focused on interdisciplinary research, education, and practice, the lab partners with industry, government, and communities to promote ethical technology development. Through cross-sector collaboration, the lab seeks to influence technology policy, governance, and design in ways that serve the global public interest. The +Policy Network serves as a dynamic space for faculty and students developing novel approaches to policy development, implementation, and analysis to address complex decisions across multiple settings. VT Center for Autism Research
The Virginia Tech Autism Clinic and Center for Autism Research promote collaborative research on Autism Spectrum Disorders and related conditions from multiple disciplinary perspectives. The clinic and center build upon basic research and clinical resources already available at Virginia Tech and work closely with other autism service providers to provide outreach on research findings, conduct research, and recruit participants.
